Built from 2008 through 2019 and centered largely on Jones Creek Circle, it pairs large single-family homes with creek edges, wooded buffers, and backyards that feel more substantial than a tighter in-town development.

Most of the housing stock leans four to five bedrooms, with several homes stretching to six or seven bedrooms and more than 4,000 square feet.
