Built from 2008 through 2019 and centered largely on Jones Creek Circle, it pairs large single-family homes with creek edges, wooded buffers, and backyards that feel more substantial than a tighter in-town development.
Community Highlights
Most of the housing stock leans four to five bedrooms, with several homes stretching to six or seven bedrooms and more than 4,000 square feet. Granite kitchens, walk-in pantries, fireplaces, formal dining rooms, lofts, bonus rooms, media spaces, and generous sitting areas turn up repeatedly, and covered patios, decks, and porches extend the living space outdoors.
