Bronson Ridge is a newer Anderson subdivision where the appeal is straightforward and practical: nearly all of the homes were built from 2018 to 2021, most plans offer three to five bedrooms, and Highway 81 puts downtown Anderson and I-85 about 10 minutes away. The neighborhood feels consistent from one end to the other, with recent construction, manageable lots, and modern layouts defining the streetscape.

Home Character

Craftsman influence shows up regularly in the architecture, and fiber-cement siding with stone accents appears more often than brick. Most homes are two-story plans, though a smaller set of ranch layouts adds some variety. Inside, the recurring formula is easy to spot: open living areas, large kitchen islands, walk-in pantries, quartz or granite counters, flexible front rooms that work as offices or dining rooms, and upstairs lofts or bonus spaces in many of the larger plans. Main-level primary suites are common, as are walk-in closets, double vanities, tiled or walk-in showers, and two-car garages.
