Bronson Ridge is a newer Anderson subdivision where the appeal is straightforward and practical: nearly all of the homes were built from 2018 to 2021, most plans offer three to five bedrooms, and Highway 81 puts downtown Anderson and I-85 about 10 minutes away. Home Character
Craftsman influence shows up regularly in the architecture, and fiber-cement siding with stone accents appears more often than brick. Most homes are two-story plans, though a smaller set of ranch layouts adds some variety. Inside, the recurring formula is easy to spot: open living areas, large kitchen islands, walk-in pantries, quartz or granite counters, flexible front rooms that work as offices or dining rooms, and upstairs lofts or bonus spaces in many of the larger plans. Main-level primary suites are common, as are walk-in closets, double vanities, tiled or walk-in showers, and two-car garages.
Outdoor space is part of the draw. Lots range from about 8,300 to 20,000 square feet, with a typical homesite a little under a quarter acre and the community average around 0.27 acres. Fenced backyards, patios, covered porches, and occasional screened porches appear throughout the subdivision. A few homes pick up extra appeal from cul-de-sac placement, a corner lot, or backyard views toward open pasture.
